Alright, alright! I stopped in to the just opened @Cafe Roca in West Ashley this morning. I got greeted like an old friend by the two owners Joe and Shannon. I had one of the best Cortado's that I've ever had and I tried their Breakfast Wontons made with Herbed Cream Cheese, scrambled egg, bacon, (sushi)Eel Sauce, Sriracha Aioli and Scallions. They were spot on delicious! I also grabbed a couple.of Gluten Free Donuts that were also great. **Went back today and had a Bagel with Lox! It hit the mark!** The vibe is everything we need and want in West Ashley. Cool and inviting with books and even a music nook with headphones if you want to listen to music as you sip and eat. Great music is playing throughout the space for all to enjoy. I ended up spending 30 minutes talking with other customers from the area about food and restaurants we love. Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. It’s actually insane how quickly they make lattes definitely the best place for anyone on the go!
Neighbor told us about Café Roca so we wanted to come check it out. Really affordable and we were shocked how much we enjoyed it. Both lattes were good, as was the coffee cake. We both agreed the goat cheese breakfast tacos were the best we’ve had in Charleston. Service was very friendly and the kind owner came over to ask us how everything tasted. We’ll be coming back for sure!
Great coffee shop! Their coffee is good (I love their dirty chai latte) and their food is delicious. Cozy inside with lots of seating. Definitely one of my new favorite coffee shops.

The vibes, the food, the music!!! I wanna hangout all day. I had the beef sandwich and the flavors are incredible. Goat cheese and pesto aioli, say less. The plants, table with fresh citrus water and cozy sitting spaces just feel so inviting, you won’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!
What a hidden gem. On top of great vibe,awesome tunes,great variety of coffee and an interesting menu! The staff was all super friendly & helpful. I think my bagel was flown in from NYC as it was heavenly.
I came to this ne coffee place on their third opening day and it did not dissapoint me. I had my skinny iced decaf coffee latte with their glutten free banana chocolate chip muffin and it was so good. I love the ambience of the place, open, and love the natural light with big glass window. I love the big table where they put the water infuse jug and some sofas to sit on. They also sell breakfast menu with full kitchen crew that busy making the food order. The service was pretty fast, but I didnt order the warm breakfast tho so cant really say about the cook breakfast that they had to make in the kitchen. The owner of the place stop by and introduced himself and asked about our order and make sure we enjoyed what we got. Congratulations Cafe Roca on your opening and best of luck!
Super peaceful ✌️ loved the vibe and the atmosphere was fanomanal. I had the classic hash bagel 🥯 was delicious my I add! Plus the blueberry scone.most 😋 delicious wontons!!!!! November update ya'll!!!! Come in and try the cookie butter syrup only here till December!
